1. Overview
At Syntax & Sense, we strive to deliver exceptional quality in every project. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Custom Development Services
Before Project Commencement
Full refund of any advance payment if the project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
During Development
Refund for incomplete milestones only. Payment for completed and approved milestones is non-refundable. You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date.
After Delivery
No refunds after final delivery and client acceptance. We offer a 30-day bug-fix warranty for any defects in the delivered work.
3. SaaS Products & Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. No refund after 30 days.
- Free trial: No payment required during trial. Cancellation is free at any time.
4. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to billing@syntaxsense.com with your project/order details
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Discovery and consultation fees
- Third-party licenses, hosting, or domain purchases made on your behalf
- Rush or expedited delivery surcharges for completed work
- Services delivered and accepted by the client
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly.
